(More customer reviews)When I added this item to my Wish List, I thought I knew what to expect: cheap aluminum barely thicker than aluminum foil. Was I surprised! This cake pan is durable, cooks evenly, and the lid is nicely domed so you have plenty of room to decorate the cake and then cover it. I go to covered dish suppers quite frequently, but I've always had to take a 13X9X2 glass dish covered with plastic wrap -- ruins the frosting every time. This pan is perfect to bake a cake in or to store cupcakes in. I'm very pleased with this product and I highly recommend it.

Yet, the mold holds it's shape and makes perfect muffins or cupcakes. Easily washed by hand.

(More customer reviews)For years I have tried to make popovers and failed miserably. Recently I saw popovers featured on the cooking network. They were reviewing the popovers served at the famous BTL Steakhouse Restaurants where these popovers are served at the table with a recipe card. I was able to get the recipe off of the Internet. The only difference is on TV they said to fill the popover pans full not 3/4 as shown in the recipe. I do fill the pans to full. I ordered these commercial grade popover pans and am THRILLED with the results. The heat circulates around the individual cups and the non-stick finish allows the popovers to slide right out. My husband was sick on his birthday so I made him matzo ball soup and popovers and he said it was the best birthday ever. I can't rave enough about these pans and the terrific recipe. After years of failure, the price of decent quality popover pans is worth every penny.

Nordic Ware Pro Cast Cute Cupcake Pan Review

(More customer reviews)Not only does this ship lightening fast, but it bakes one adorable giant cupcake. I will share with you some of the things I wish were in the description and/or the directions. One, it makes a cupcake approximately 5" across and 7" high, or to put that into perspective, the finished cupcake cake shown in the picture is actually on a saucer, not a plate. Two, you need to be sure and grease and flour the pans very well as, if it sticks, it is more difficult to get out than the average cake (at least the cupcake top is) due to the details in the pan. Three, although it includes a recipe for a vanilla cake, I chose to use a box yellow cake mix. I was able to get 3 cupcake cakes out of 2 mixes so 2/3 of a mix will make one cake.

Wilton Silly- Feet Silicone Baking Cups , 4 Count Review

(More customer reviews)When my boyfriend saw these, he became obsessed with us making something that used them. They are really cute. I can't give them five stars, though, because first of all four is not a very useful number of muffin/cupcake cups...you would have to buy at least three sets to make a batch of cupcakes. Also, I would really like them to have smooth sides.
Seriously, why do all these silicone baking cups come with pleated sides? If someone knows of a good reason for this please tell me. I thought these would also be good for piping chocolate mousse into or something like that, but why would you want to eat something like chocolate mousse out of a cup with crinkled sides? I do have a set of smooth sided baking cups that were part of a lava cake set, and they cook little cakes/cupcakes just as well as these...better, even. But, they don't have cute little feet like these do.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this pan without measuring the width of my oven. I wanted a huge pan to roast a turkey in. Because I cook turkey in a Portuguese marinade, the juices always overflow the typical smaller roasting pans.
However, the pan is too big for my oven! Stupid me for not measuring the oven first.
But let me tell you: This pan is absolutely fantastic! Incredibly durable quality, yet not so heavy that someone with minimal strength could not lift it.
The roasting pan arrived long early in the delivery window and it arrived in perfect shape.
I am reordering the correct size for my oven from ReStockIt!

I ordered 2 of the heart shape pan for baking. Good quality. cookies browned evenly. I greased the pan before pouring in the dough. I washed the pan with hot water but no soap. Soap is not good for cast iron. It will last a long time with good care.

(More customer reviews)I have had this pan for several years. Since I live at the beach I thought it would be something I would use often and felt it would be worth the high price tag. When I first got it I tried it several times to fix various muffins and cornbread. However, I was disappointed on several points. First, the detail (although beautiful) makes it very difficult for items to come out easily. I found even though I used Baker's Joy everything stuck and didn't come out without breaking. 2. While there are 8 cavities, it still will not hold all your batter and you have to bake multiples if you are using a standard recipe. All in all, I would say while it is a great idea I have not gotten my money's worth of use from it. However, I just recently purchased the banana bread pan with palm design (wonderful pan) and I am going to try this pan again so that I can have a shell and palm motif dessert.

The Pampered Chef Large Bar Pan # 1445 Review

(More customer reviews)The large bar pan is an essential baking dish in my kitchen. I use it to make pizza, brownies, cinnamon muffins, breakfast dishes etc. I just roll out a pizza dough from Pillsbury and then brush it with a little oil and garlic then pre bake the pizza for about 10 minutes. I then remove the pan from the oven and add fresh tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, zuchini and sprinkle with some shredded cheese and italian spices. Then I put it back in the oven for about 15 minutes and out comes a great taking pizza with a wonderful crisp crust. After the pizza is eaten and the pan is ready to clean, I simply run hot water over it and use the included nylon scraper to get any baked on food off. My pan has been used for over a year and looks brand new because I have followed the manufactures directions to never use soap of any kind on it. Believe it or not soap is not needed to remove food from the pan. The key is to first oil it well on the first use and each use thereafter. Stoneware makes baked goods so good and I am so glad I have one in my kitchen. It really doesn't take long to clean it and it is so worth it. I love my Large Bar Pan.
