(More customer reviews)Muffins are browned perfectly, and pop right out of the pan when they are done cooking. It's stiff enough that I don't find that I need to put another pan underneath it. The biggest benefit of silicone for me is the fact that the muffins stop cooking when you take them out of the oven!
