(More customer reviews)It's particularly good for things like layer cakes and small items, that can be hard to get out of the pan. Flip it over and twist the opposite corners, and it falls right out - in one piece with no gouges from trying to wedge it out of the pan. Cleanup is very easy too.
You should know a couple of things. First, the silicone is very slick, but you still need to grease the pan for baking. It's not as nonstick as teflon. Second, the pan is flexible, so you'll want to put it on a cookie sheet before filling, and bake with the pan resting on the cookie sheet.
