(More customer reviews)I love baked potatoes and I have been looking for potato nails for years. While these are not the potato nails I remember as a child (perhaps those were actual nails), they do perform wonderfully. I taste the difference in oven or BBQ baked potatoes vs. microwaved ones. When I have the time, I much prefer a slow baked one over microwaved ones, any day. And with these rods, I never have the problem of the inside being undercooked (no matter how large the potato is). The rods distribute the heat perfectly to the center!
