(More customer reviews)The quantity of liners advertised is 32, but I only received 17. I was making a race car cupcake design for a 2-year-old's birthday and had to run around town trying to find more red foil liners in time to finish the design before the birthday party. I paid $2.99, plus $4.99 in shipping fees, in order to get two fewer foil liners than I need for my design. So frustrating and disappointing!
